In Reference 1st Price variation for POL was first given and its value is

Further reference  4th cited the coefficient 0.85 replaced by 1

In the forumlae "R",should exclude seinorage charges,VAR and all other overhead charges.

In contractor Profit of 13.615 over head charges are included ,these should be deducted while making payments.There is not break up for this avaliable as of now .so it may be considered as 5%.

Further through in the reference 2nd cited above ,the value of "Fo" should be the prie of POL in the detailed estimate or 28 days before closing date of submission of bids whichever is advantageous to the department.
